Returns Policy:
Damaged products?
If you receive a product that
was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service. All items damaged in shipment are fully refundable.
Smaller merchandise with
the exception of pool cleaners:
All merchandise damaged in shipment can be returned for exchange. If a
product is broken due to factory defect it can be returned for a full refund. Just call customer service to receive a
return authorization number. There is a 15% restocking fee on all
undamaged returned items. All returned item need to be
in new condition.
Special Orders : We make every effort to keep all items on our site
in stock. If an item is not on our site and we special order it for you it is non returnable.
Pool Cleaners: Pool
Cleaners are returnable only if they are returned in unused, new condition with all the original packaging in tact. They are subject to normal restocking fees.
Electronics Boards:
are non returnable unless they are broken in shipment.
Larger Items:
Items such as heaters, or items weighing over 80 lbs. do not qualify for
return. If the item has factory defect, any replacement or repair will
be handled through the manufacturer directly as a warranty claim. These
items are non returnable.
Some items rely on the
performance of your existing pool pressure to provide optimum
performance. We suggest that you check the pressure of your pool and
consult the owner's manual for some products before making your
purchase. This is particularly critical for pressure automatic pool cleaners that
rely on your pools filtering system to power them when as clean your
pool.
All items must be returned within 30 days.
