Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping service via UPS Ground shipping for most items. We offer our customers the following shipping options:
Shipping Time: Orders placed on our site usually ship the same day unless a product is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will call you and email you with the lead time. If the lead time does not meet your requirements, you can cancel the order. Your card is never charged until the parts are shipped.
Price Error: FTPM makes every effort to assure that our pricing is correct and up to date. If an order is received that is priced incorrectly due to human error or substantial changes in our cost, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
