All merchandise other than
Automatic Pool Cleaners: All merchandise damaged in shipment
can be returned for exchange. In order to make a return you must contact
customer service to receive a return authorization number. There is a
15% restocking fee on all undamaged returned items. Products that have
been opened and are undamaged are not refundable.
Some items rely on the
performance of your existing pool pressure to provide optimum
performance. We suggest that you check the pressure of your pool and
consult the owner's manual for some products before making your
purchase. This is particularly critical for automatic pool cleaners that
rely on your pools filtering system to power them when as clean your
pool.
